Ingredients:
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1/2 Sweet Tango Apple
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tsp Flour
- 1/2 Lemon’s Juice
- Ready-Made Pie Dough (or Puff Pastry)
- Apple Cookie Cutter
- 1 Egg white for the Egg Wash
- Caramel Sauce

- Peel, Core, and slice the apples. Add in the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt, Flour, and Lemon Juice. Mix Well.
- Prepare the pie dough, cut out the apple shapes.
- Spoon in some apple filling, stick in lollipop sticks, add another layer of dough. Crimp with a fork, poke some air vents, and brush with the egg wash.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 400º F and then let cool completely. Drizzle on Caramel Sauce
