Federal court orders Madison to pay damages to gun rights group

A federal court has ordered the city of Madison to pay members of a gun rights advocacy group $10,000 dollars in damages. The judgement closes the legal case on an incident at a Culver’s restaurant in September of 2010. Gilman Halsted reports.
