Ethics Board Wants More Money

The one year anniversary of the abolition of the partisan caucuses at the state capitol is coming up. They were shut down in a settlement with the State Ethics Board after allegations surfaced of lawmakers campaigning on state time. Now the Ethics Board is looking for ways to put more teeth in its policing role. Frederica Freyberg reports.
