Concerns of a hard freeze in northern and western Wisconsin overnight appear to have been a false alarm.Farmers are worried about cold damage to fruit that’s blossomed early in this unusual spring. Wisconsin’s apple orchards are a 16-and-a-half million-dollar industry.
