New Policy Advises Parents Not To Spank Children, Wisconsin’s Emerging Hemp Industry

It’s been nearly 50 years since Wisconsin farmers have been allowed to grow hemp, and the industry continues to expand since the ban was lifted last year. We learn more about the crop and the shape of the industry in Wisconsin. We also hear from a childhood development specialist about updated guidelines that are now warning parents that spanking and shaming children can have negative effects in later years.
