Paul Damberg is an active Scouter, Rotarian, and supporter of community connectedness. He has extensive experience working at and serving on non-profit boards and helping them grow their fundraising competency and capacity building. He has seen the benefit public broadcasting can have providing under-served populations access to much-needed information. It is his belief that communities are stronger when there is a thriving arts and culture ethos that creates the value-added amenities that attracts an educated engaged work force.
