Compliance with “pickle bill”

A lot of home canners selling their goods under Wisconsin’s new pickle bill appear to be operating”under the radar”. Health officials don’t know how many are doing business at farmers markets and elswhere but they suspect it’s a large number. Shamane Mills reports.
