Communication Bill

The U.S. Supreme Court has made a ruling that could limit phone and high speed internet choices for rural residents. The case involves a Missouri law, which prohibits municipalities from offering telecommunication services. Wisconsin lawmakers have passed a similar, but less restrictive bill.
