Civil Discourse After the 2018 Midterm Elections
The 2018 midterm elections produced rhetoric and turnout that more resembled a presidential election year. Now that the votes have been tallied we’ll discuss how to talk about the results with your colleagues, friends and neighbors, even those you may disagree with. We’ll also discuss how civil discourse is addressed in schools and check in with how the candidates themselves contributed to civility before and after election day.
