Caramel Apple Pie Pops

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Granny Smith Apple
  2. 1/2 Sweet Tango Apple
  3. 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  4. 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  5. 1/8 Tsp Kosher Salt
  6. 2 Tsp Flour
  7. 1/2 Lemon’s Juice
  8. Ready-Made Pie Dough (or Puff Pastry)
  9. Apple Cookie Cutter
  10. 1 Egg white for the Egg Wash
  11. Caramel Sauce

  1. Peel, Core, and slice the apples. Add in the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt, Flour, and Lemon Juice. Mix Well.
  2. Prepare the pie dough, cut out the apple shapes.
  3. Spoon in some apple filling, stick in lollipop sticks, add another layer of dough. Crimp with a fork, poke some air vents, and brush with the egg wash.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400º F and then let cool completely. Drizzle on Caramel Sauce
