Wisconsin saw a record number of voters for the midterm elections. We talk about what factors influenced the big numbers and ask you why you showed up to the polls. We also follow up on results for both the attorney general and gubernatorial races, which saw final numbers come in later.

    Democratic State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Evers won the gubernatorial race by just over one percent of the vote. He beat incumbent Republican Governor Scott Walker who has served two terms in the state’s top job. The race for Wisconsin’s Attorney General was too close to call the morning after the election. We follow up on both of the races with WPR’s State Capitol Reporter Laurel White.
