We celebrate 25 years of Old-Time Radio on WPR with the 9XM Players bringing you two live recreations from Music Hall at UW-Madison. First, “It Happened Tomorrow,” the story of reporter Larry Stevens who gets his hands on tomorrow’s newspaper and finds out that the news of the future is bad – for him! Second comes the episode “Topper and the Telephone” from The Adventures of Topper, involving a comedic confusion between the telephone repairman and a psychiatrist.
