On Monday, Jan. 20 Wisconsin recognizes the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at the 40th Annual Tribute and Ceremony.
Free and open to the public, this event begins at 12 p.m in the rotunda of the State Capitol.
