He also recommends a month-long trial of Priolosec OTC (40 mg a day) becaus it can help with a host of acid issues - many of which may cause this pain.

Z and T discuss a study (BMJ) that found that regular workouts may reduce the risk of a common cold. The large study (over 12,000 people) showed that the virus lasted only half as long in folks who worked out. The reason may be that exercising stimulates the immune-system cells and the more you workout the more "alert" the immune system is.

Rx Xanax will work well. If you don't have insurance, Z recommends asking a doc for a 4 pill prescription just for the flight and pay out of pocket.

Z says that unusual coloring is common to naturally grown fruits and vegetables and not to fear. he recommends removing the skin as an extra precautionary measure. Z and T discuss a British study that found that alcohol's societal impact is more destructive than hard drugs such as cocaine and heroin. Society's prolific use of alcohol is at the base of these findings. Excessive alcohol use damages all organ systems and its societyal impact is far reaching, including a higher death rate and crime rate involving alcohol.
Mythbuster: Exercise Chair
T reads a myth about the new ergonomic trend of using an exercise ball for an office chair. Z says this works to burn off small amounts of calories throughout the day and may be helpful in terms of posture, according to anecdotal advice.
