ORANGE JUICE OATMEAL!

3/4 cup Oatmeal (preferably old-fashioned)
1 cup Orange juice (from concentrate or freshly-squeezed)
1 Tbl Lemon juice
1/2 cup Raisins*
1/4 cup Almonds (toasted)
1 Stir together the oatmeal, orange juice, lemon juice and raisins.* Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
2 Lightly toast the almonds (or nut of choice) in a dry pan over low heat.
3 In the morning, stir again and add the almonds on top just before serving.
4 Enjoy!
Servings: 3
*Can use other fruit (apples, bananas, strawberries, etc, etc)
**If using bananas, wait until morning to add.
