NO-GUILT CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
3 Bricks Nonfat cream cheese*
3 Squares Bitter chocolate
2 Cups Sugar substitute**
8 oz Nonfat whipped cream***
1 Graham cracker pie crust
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out to room temperature. Microwave 2 of the chocolate squares until soft. In a mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sugar substitute, softened chocolate, vanilla and lemon juice together.
Add whipped topping. With last square of chocolate, shave curls for the top. Pour mixture into crust. Smooth and place shaved chocolate curls on top. Chill for 2 hours. Serve.
