SWEET POTATO & APPLE CASSEROLE!

6 Medium Sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced
6 Golden delicious apples, sliced
1 Cup Orange juice
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 Tbs Margarine
Dash Salt
2 Tbs Cornstarch
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Ginger, ground
1/8 Tsp Allspice, ground
1 Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
2 Slice pre-cooked sweet potatoes into about 1/3 inch thick slices. Peel the apples and remove the cores and slice into about 1/3 inch thick rings. Grease a 9x13 glass dish and layer potatoes and apples alternately. Set aside.
3 In medium saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, margarine, salt and cornstarch and bring to boil. Pour mixture over potatoes and apples and sprinkle with spices. Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm.
