| |
| Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
| Preheat crust in skillet or on pan for half of the recommended cooking time. Chop carrots, walnuts, and kale in a food processor. Add chopped veggies to a microwave safe bowl with broccoli (already torn apart), garlic, Worcestershire sauce and water. Put a lid on it and microwave for 5-6 minutes until veggies are tenderly steamed. Remove crust from oven, smear sauce over it, add Worcester-softened veggies to the top and sprinkle on your yeast or Parmesan cheese. Return to oven until crust is lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
