| Combine the paprika, pepper, salt, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper into a rub. Coat the chicken pieces with the rub mixture and seal in a freezer bag. Place bag in refrigerator.* |
| Prepare Grill to medium heat. |
| Remove chicken from refrigerator and coat each piece evenly with cooking spray. Grill for 30 minutes, turning occassionally, until cooked through and juices run clear. Enjoy! |
