| |
| Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
| Roll out pizza dough on floured work surface to fit a 12 inch, round pizza pan. Spray the pan lightly with cooking spray. Fit the pizza dough on the pan and dust with cornmeal. |
| Dry potatoes thoroughly. Slice as thinly as possible into rounds. Place potatoes, thinly sliced onions, minced garlic and sage in a bowl. Toss with rubber spatula to mix well. Spray the pizza crust lightly with cooking spray and layer the potato-onion mixture evenly across. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. |
| Bake for 35-40 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.* Remove from oven and let rest for a minute or two. Slice and serve! |
