 Strawberry Spinach Salad
 
 
Salad:  
10 - 12 Oz    Spinach, fresh or bagged  
1 Quart    Strawberries, fresh, cut into slices  
1 Medium    Red onion, sliced  
Dressing:  
 
½ Cup    Fat-free mayonnaise  
1/3 Cup    Sugar  
2 Tbs    Red wine vinegar  
¼ Cup    Skim milk  
1 Tbs    Poppy seeds  
 
Wash and spin dry spinach. Wash and dry strawberries. Add spinach to salad bowl. Arrange strawberries and red onions on top of spinach. Shortly before serving*: Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad and toss together.
