Cooking Tips
*Chandra uses Bragg's Liquid Aminos as a subsitute for soy sauce.
**Make sure it is torula yeast, not brewer's.
***These can also be pan-fried (sans sesame seeds) or baked in a toaster oven.
BONUS RECIPE: Cut the tofu into 3/4 inch cubes, coat in the soy sauce (Braggs) and sprinkle with garlic and onion granules. Then drizzle on sesame oil and sprinkle over sesame seeds. Bake on a greased, edged cookie sheet (or shallow pan) for 20 - 30 minutes.
