DEBORAH'S CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
1 Cup Cashew butter*
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 Cup Dark chocolate, chopped into ¼inch chunks
1 tsp Baking soda
1 Egg
½ tsp Salt
Turbinado sugar to coat**
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Using a mixer, mix nut butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt together. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Then, by hand, stir in chocolate chunks into mixture.
Form batter into walnut-sized balls and roll in the Turbinado sugar. Place dough balls on cookie sheet 3-4 inches apart. Bake for 7 minutes. Cool briefly and enjoy!

*All natural, no hydrogenated peanut butter or almond butter may be stustituted.
