VICKI'S BANANA BREAD
1 ½ Cups All-purpose flour
½ Cup Whole wheat flour
¾ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
3 Large Bananas, ripe and mashed
3 Tbs Skim milk
½ Cup Yogurt, plain and non-fat
1 Tbs Canola oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs slightly. Beat in bananas until mixed well. Add milk, yogurt and oil. Mix well. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into Bundt pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
