CANYONS BRIO SHRIMP APPETIZER

5 Tbs Olive oil, divided
1 Pound Raw shrimp, with tails
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 tsp Fresh ginger
8 oz Whipped cream cheese
1/3 Cup Orange marmalade
3 Tbs Fresh lemon juice

Prepare grill.
Rinse shrimp in fresh water, pat dry. Toss shrimp in three tablespoons of the olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Grill shrimp until firm and pink in color. Set aside.

In a small sauce pan, sautè garlic and ginger in the remaining olive oil. Add the cream cheese and the marmalade. Stir at a low heat. Add enough of the lemon juice to make the mixture creamy.
Place the dip into bowl and serve with shrimp on the side!

Servings: 10

Cooking Tips:
Pre-cooked shrimp can be used, but be careful not to over cook. Heat just until firm!
