CANYONS CHIPOLTE COLESLAW
1/2 Small Red cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 Small White cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Chipolte pepper packed in adobe sauce, diced
1/4 Cup Rice wine vinegar
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Lemon juice
1/2 Bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped
Mix pepper, rice wine vinegar, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Toss with sliced cabbage. Garnish with cilantro.
Servings: 10
Cooking Tips:
For a more moderate flavor, just use the adobe sauce and no pepper. For a more intense flavor, add another pepper.
