 Smokey Turkey Quesadillas
 
 
6   Flour tortillas (7 inch)  
6 Oz    Lowfat monterey jack cheese, shredded  
6 Oz    Fat-free smoked turkey slices  
1 Bunch    Grapes, cut in half (About 30)  
 
  Fresh cilantro to taste  
1/2 tsp    Ground cumin  
1 Tbs    Fresh lime juice  
  Salt to taste  
 
Arrange tortillas, and cover half of the tortilla with cheese, turkey, grapes, and cilantro. Sprinkle with cumin and fold tortilla in half.
Heat large nonstick skillet to medium heat. Cook quesadillas 1 at a time until golden brown. (About 3-4 minutes) Flip and brush with lime juice and season with salt. Cook another 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining Quesadillas.
