 Marie's Chocolate Tofu Cream
 
 
1/4 Cup    Cocoa powder  
25 oz    Silken Tofu  
1 Tbs    Vanilla  
 
1 tsp    Stevia (powdered or liquid)  
1/4 Cup    Sugar  
1/4 Cup    Banana  
 
Place bowl from ice cream maker into freezer overnight. (This eliminates the need for extra ice or salt during the freezing process)
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to pitcher and refrigerate to chill for at least an hour. Place frozen ice cream maker bowl onto ice cream maker and start rotation. Add mix to bowl while it rotates and then start the process. (About 25 minutes) Serve cold and enjoy!

Stevia (sugar substitute) is available in most Natural Food stores in the vitamin aisle.
Can substitute 2 1/2 cups of coconut milk and 1/2 cup whipped tofu for silken tofu.
