QUICK DRAW TORTILLA ROLLS

2 Tbs Fat-free cream cheese
4 Tbs Shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
4 Tbs Salsa, mild
2 Tbs Green onions, chopped

1 Tbs Black olives, chopped
1/4 tsp Chili powder
2 6 inch Flour tortillas*

In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese with a fork until the Cheddar is incorporated. Stir in the salsa, green onion, black olives and chili powder.

Spread the mixture evenly on the tortillas. Roll up and cut off the two ends. Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces and serve.

Servings: 4

* Make sure tortillas don't have added salt
