 Lamb Chops in Mint Sauce
 
 
Lamb Chops:  
4   Lamb loin chops  
1/4 tsp    Kosher salt  
1/4 tsp    Fresh ground pepper  
1/4 tsp    Saffron  
  Cooking spray  
 
Sauce:  
1 Cup    Fat-free plain yogurt  
1 clove    Garlic, crushed  
2 Tbs    Fresh mint, chopped  
1   Lime, sliced  
 
Preheat broiler and spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Season chops with kosher salt, ground pepper and saffron. Place chops on pan and broil each side for about 5-6 minutes.
SAUCE: In small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, and fresh mint.
Serve chops with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with sliced lime.
