STRAWBERRY RHUBARB OATMEAL

2 Cups Water
1 Stalk Rhubarb
6 Strawberries
1 Cup Oatmeal

1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
Sweetner of choice to taste

Bring water to boil. While water is boiling, strip outer layer of rhubarb. (Leave a bit of red) Slice rhubarb into quarters. When water boils, reduce heat, add the rhubarbs and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the strawberries, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and sweetner and cook to desired consistency.
