 Apple Cranberry Turkey Burgers
 
 
1 lb    Ground turkey  
1   Egg  
1 half    Apple, finely chopped  
1 small    White onion, finely chopped  
 
1/2 cup    Celery, finely chopped  
1/2 cup    Cranberries, unsweetened  
1 tsp    Sage  
 
In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, egg, apple, onion, celery, cranberries and sage. Form into 5 patties. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Grill patties for about 5 minutes a side.
