| Cook brown rice. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; stir and set aside. |
| In a large skillet or wok, heat canola oil. Over medium-high heat, stir fry pork for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle pork with sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and rice vinegar. Add pea pods, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir fry 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts, and stir fry another 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce mixture and cook another minute. |
| Remove from heat and serve over rice. |
