| |
| Set tofu on paper towel on a large plate. Put another piece of paper towel on top, and place a weight over that to drain tofu. Let sit for 15 minutes. |
| In large bowl, mix tofu, mustard, and spices with a wooden spoon until tofu is uniformly crumbled and spices are well blended. Stir in vegetables and 2 Tbs honey. Add more honey if needed to make a smooth mixture. |
| Serve as appetizer on crackers or in pita pockets. |
