Wisconsin juvenile criminal records could be more accessible

There’s a bipartisan effort to make juvenile criminal records available to law enforcement officers across the state. Supporters say it will help both the courts and the police do a better of helping torubled teens and keeping communiites safe from violent youth. Gilman Halsted reports.
