| As part of our monthly segment on the fortieth anniversary of the Endangered Species Act, Larry Meiller learns about the status of osprey in Wisconsin.
- Patricia Manthey, avian ecologist, Bureau of Endangered Resources, WI Department of Natural Resources. Has worked with peregrine falcon restoration and with population monitoring of peregrines, bald eagles, osprey, and trumpeter swans.
- Ron Eckstein, wildlife biologist volunteer, retired in December 2010 after 36 years as DNR Wildlife Biologist at Rhinelander working on forest ecology, wild rice, eagles, and ospreys |
