| Governor Scott Walker has laid out his budget priorities for the next two years, which include expanding voucher schools, increasing funding for public education, and cutting income taxes. Joy Cardin talks with a political scientist about Walker's budget address and gets reaction from lawmakers on the state's Joint Finance Committee, which will take up the budget next.
