| Of the five most crash-prone intersections in Madison last year, three were roundabouts. Still, Joy Cardin's guest says roundabouts are safer and more efficient than traditional four-way intersections. He'll discuss some recent data, factors that go into deciding where to build roundabouts, and respond to your questions and comments.
