The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is being sued over its upcoming wolf hunt. Joy Cardin's first guest says the DNR failed to put safeguards in place to prevent inhumane and cruel deaths to hunting dogs used in the hunt; her second guest says the lawsuit is frivolous and is keeping the state from managing its growing wolf population. Guests: - Anne Reed, Executive Director, Wisconsin Humane Society, which is one of the plantiffs in the lawsuit. - Scott Suder, Republican State Representative, Abbotsford; author, wolf hunting law.

Please note that the amount of time required to download a one-hour WPR program will vary depending on the speed of your internet connection. See the table (right) for estimated download times.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
