| The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says there are at least 63 frack sand mines and 37 processing facilities in the state, and experts say there's no sign of slowing down. However, the boom does not come without controversy. Joy Cardin's first guest says the benefits of fracking outweigh the negatives; then, her guest lawmaker discusses her concerns about the environment, declining property values, and other nuisances.
