This week marks the two-year anniversary of President Obama's health care law. After seven, Joy Cardin is joined by Republican U.S. Senator Ron Johnson of Oshkosh, who says the Affordable Care Act continues to rise in cost and forces other changes that will hurt health care and the economy. After seven-twenty, Joy's guest analyzes the new estimates from the Congressional Budget Office, the upcoming arguments in the Supreme Court and how the health care issue may impact the November elections.
