| The State Assembly pulled an all-nighter last week...and after six, Joy Cardin and her guest look at the importance of sleep, how to get enough, and the consequences of sleep deprivation. And after six-fifty, Joy's guest issues this week's Monday Morning Wake-Up Call: While many people are celebrating the unseasonably warm weather, it also means bad news for those who suffer from allergies and asthma.
Guest: Dr. David Kuhlmann, medical director of sleep medicine at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, Missouri, and member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Wake-up call guest: Dr. Todd Mahr, pediatric allergist, Gunderson Lutheran Health System, La Crosse. |
