The mining bill that passed the state Assembly is now heading to the legislature's Joint Finance Committee. The move comes after Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald on Wednesday disbanded the Select Committee on Mining. After seven, Joy Cardin's guest discusses the significance of the decision and what may happen next; after seven-thirty, her guest lawmaker weighs in with his reaction to the proceedings. Guests: - 7:00 - Mike Simonson, Wisconsin Public Radio reporter based in Superior; he's been covering the mining issue. - 7:30 - Bob Jauch (JOWK), Democratic State Senator from Poplar whose district includes the location of the proposed iron ore mine; member of the dissolved Select Committee on Mining Jobs. Note: Neal Kedzie, Republican State Senator from Elkhorn, declined our invitation to appear due to a scheduling conflict.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
