| The state Assembly may vote a week from today on a bill that would allow a proposed iron ore mine in northern Wisconsin to proceed. After seven, Joy Cardin's guest lawmaker explains why she says the bill is badly flawed when it comes to revenue and the environment; after seven-thirty, her guest legislator says it will create thousands of jobs while maintaining rigorous environmental standards.
