| According to the latest Wisconsin Public Radio-St. Norbert College Wisconsin Survey, Wisconsin residents are nearly split on their views of concealed carry, but the vast majority say they don't plan on actually carrying a concealed weapon. After six, Joy Cardin's guest makes the case for the measure; after six-thirty, her guest explains why he's opposed to it.
