| Three bills proposed as part of Wisconsin's special session on jobs would grant legal immunity to the makers of drugs and medical devices, limit attorney's fees, and lower the interest rate that could be collected in civil cases. In this week's Big Question, after seven, Joy Cardin's guests discuss whether these measures are an attack on consumer protections or a removal of unnecessary burdens on businesses.
Guests:
- Mike End, President, Wisconsin Association for Justice.
- Darren McKinney, Director of Communications, American Tort Reform Association. |
