| Congressional leaders are trying to hash out a deal to raise the debt ceiling limit and avoid a default before the midnight deadline. After seven, Gene Purcell's guest says the latest plan harms fiscal and national security; after seven-thirty, his guest says the conservatives' approach would ruin the nation's credit rating, gut government and harm American families.
