| Due to its rich health benefits, the U.S. government is recommending Americans to up their intake of seafood to nearly two servings per week. After six, Joy Cardin and her guest look at the advantages of adding more seafood to your diet. Then, after six-thirty, Joy's guest has some tips on how to prepare and cook fish.
