| It's like Cash for Clunkers, but for dishwashers and furnaces instead of cars and trucks. Starting next month, Wisconsinites could get a cash rebate when they buy energy-efficient appliances and, after seven, on the State Capitol Report, Joy Cardin's guest describes how the program works.
