| The Healthy Families Act, now in Congress, would require mandatory paid sick leave for all employees. Joy Cardin’s guest, after six, says it would benefit nearly half of the workforce who don’t currently have paid sick leave. Joy’s guest, after six-thirty, says it would lead to wage cuts, and he offers alternative ideas.
